Ordering and returns How do I place an order? Simply click the Add to Cart button on any furniture page. That takes you to our Shopping Cart. Review the item you added and make changes if you need to. Then you click Keep Shopping or Checkout. We also accept phone orders -- and we're always delighted to handle your orders in our store in Rockport.
How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online and on the phone. Contact us if you prefer to pay by check.
Do you charge taxes? We're required to collect sales tax if we're shipping an item within the state of Massachusetts. There is no sales tax if we're shipping to another state in the continental U.S. Sorry, at present, we can't ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States.
When will I get my order? Most of our orders ship within 4 weeks. Custom orders can take longer. Contact us for a specific shipping date.
What are the delivery costs? The charge varies according to your location.
What is your return policy? We sincerely care about your satisfaction with our furniture. We inspect every item before it leaves our store and partner with shippers who specialize in furniture delivery. If any item is damaged when you receive it, please Contact us immediately so we can replace the item.
If an item is in pristine condition but you're still not happy, you can return it to us within 15 days. Simply Contact us for a Return Shipment Number. Then return the item by the same shipping method, and we'll refund the item cost to your credit card. Sorry, but we can't refund the shipping cost or the cost of a custom order we built to your size or color specifications.
Is your website secure? We transmit your order over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. We make sure all of your personal and credit card information is stored in an encrypted format at all times and further protected by a multi-layer firewall. In other words, we do everything to make sure all of your information is secure all of the time.
